Intepro’s range of DC/DC burn-in systems offers a cost effective and flexible approach to the test and burn-in of DC/DC power supplies. Systems can test a diverse range of converter types and customers can specify their choice of load including:

The DC/DC burn-in solution was designed to meet with recent trends in the power supply market such as reductions in PSU output voltages and increased current levels. These configurations implement economical full power burn-in of EUT’s, using energy recycling technology ensuring lower energy costs as well as reducing the site facility installation costs.
Because all burn-in systems are not the same Intepro's DC/DC solutions provide a variety of configurations to suit different levels of burn-in required such as Basic Static Burn-in, Enhanced Static Burn-in, Dynamic Burn-in, and Enhanced Dynamic Burn-in.
Air Cooled Energy Recycling AC & DC Loads
The power electronics industry has seen a significant reduction in PSU output voltages as well as an increase in current supply levels. To meet with these requirements Intepro's range of DC loads are designed to operate at voltages down to 400mV at current ratings of 0-40A or 800mV at 100A.
Intepro Limited’s range of individual loads already have power ratings starting upwards from 50W, 100W, 200W and 400W. We are now pleased to announce the latest addition to the family of DC Recycling Loads operating with DC input voltages up to 450V, power ratings of 300W and can sink currents up to 40A.
Load features include high slew rate performance, 1kV isolation, analog to digital converter for measurement of voltage and current to 15-bit resolution and surface-mount and throughole technology.
