DC Electronic Loads

Intepro Systems are proud to offer a wide selection of DC Loads. Intepro Systems Series of DC Electronic Loads are designed for ultimate flexibility and configuration in providing the ideal load solution for testing AC/DC power supplies, DC/DC converters, chargers, batteries, adapters, and power electronic components. These loads can be used for research, development, production and incoming inspection applications. All loads are controlled via Ethernet, USB or GPIB.

Intepro loads operate at the high speeds necessary to meet the demanding transient and dynamic response characteristics required for today's modern PSU. All ML Loads have independent control of the positive and negative slew rates. Two ranges provide full scale transitions from 10uSecs to 5mSec in 10uSec steps. This provides ultimate load simulation and control capability. Standard waveforms include sine, triangle, saw tooth, square and pulse.

M97xx SERIES - BENCH and RACK SERIES M97xx Load Datasheet

The M97xx Electronic loads Series is a new line of bench and rack mount loads that combines six modes of operation with fast rise time. Special test features including programmable CC soft start, dynamic pulsing, built in battery test, and short circuit mode make the loads ideal for testing power supplies and batteries as well as other power products. Loads range from 150 watts to 6000 watts.

Key Features

  • 16-Bit program and measurment resolution
  • 150W to 6000W models
  • 150V and 500V maximum voltage
  • Maximum current to 0.5V; operates to 0.3V
  • CC, CR, CV, CP, CC+CV, CR+CW modes
  • Short Circuit
  • Battery test mode

ML SERIES - MODULAR SERIES ML Load Datasheet

The ML Series is a modular configuration. A Chassis can hold up to 10 Load modules making it ideal for testing multiple-output power supplies and batteries as well as other power products.. Each module is 300Watts. Modules can be combined in the factory to provide 300Watt, 900Watt, 1200Watt or 1500Watt combinations.

Key Features

Products

E2010 Ethernet Controller. The Web based Interactive control allows the user to interactively control all the Test Systems Hardware via the embedded web server. There is a simple send/receive utility or routines can be setup.

E2010 Ripple Card. The basic function of the Ripple card is to measure the output ripple and noise from Power Supplies. This is available as an RE2010 module which is for a 6U high rack or as a 1U standalone Ethernet Instrument.

E2010 Selftest Scanner. The Selftest Scanner Module is a dual purpose instrument. It acts as a reference and switching module for system Selftest, which is used in conjunction with a Selftest fi xture and Selftest software. The Relay Scanners in-built selftest is an essential component for “down” time minimization in any high volume manufacturing facility. This is available as an RE2010 module which is for a 6U high rack or as a 1U standalone Ethernet Instrument.

E2010 40A Load. The 200-Watt DC Load is a variable electronic unit which is capable of sinking up to 40 amps.
